Jerle Shannara

Character Name— Jerle Shannara
Concept— He was born to a family in Grondinium. His father was a sailor, and his mother was a midwife. At 14 he took to sailing with his father and after 4 years of apprenticeship he took to working on a different vessel for experience. Jerle was captured by pirates and taken prisoner for a time and tortured, the ransom was payed by his father. This inspired him to live in the city and apprentice as a blacksmith, never to take to the seas again after his ordeal. He has the ability to do magic, but has learned very little over his travels.
